Medicare Updates

Addressing questions on reimbursement for LPAA services is a priority for Aphasia Access. This effort became a priority because of a July 2016 ASHA Leader Article that raised questions about Medicare's regulations and how those apply to Life Participation Approach providers in a variety of settings.

Below you will find information and resources meant to keep you informed about this issue, Aphasia Access' advocacy efforts, and how you can make your voice heard on behalf of people with aphasia, their families, the communities that you serve.

Questions and feedback can always be shared directly with our task force focused on this issue, by sending an email to medicare@aphasiaaccess.org
