Communities of Practice (COP)
The Communities of Practice program will allow members to receive virtual ongoing learning, support, networking and collaboration with other members of Aphasia Access in common areas of focus. In 2026, we will be piloting two Communities of Practice: Community Aphasia Centers and Programs and Acute Care and Inpatient Rehabilitation.
